3 Ripe bananas
2 C Oats (gluten-free)
1/4 C Creamy peanut butter
1/4 C Unsweetened cacao powder
1/3 C Unsweetened applesauce
1 t Vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Let batter stand for 20 minutes, then drop by spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
