  • 1 cups fresh kale
  • 1-1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cups pineapple

Mother’s Day is coming quick! Don’t worry, I have some great last minute ideas for you! If you’re a mom, you deserve a day off…and if not, you deserve to treat yourself! You must try these healthy protein packed baked donuts! You can really get creative on flavor. The picture above I make with chocolate protein powder. These baked donuts are great for a quick and easy breakfast or dessert. I would recommend eat them with a side of bacon and eggs. My kids love these and totally freaked out the day I made them!

This one is some  fudgey goodness in my mouth. If you love chocolate as much as I do, you will enjoy this chocolatey tastebud overload after taking your first sensuous bite.
