Egg White Omelet 4 Large eggs1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or Himalayan Salt)1 dash ground black pepper1 tsp Olive Oil1/8 cup Onions (Chopped)1/2 cup Broccoli (Chopped)1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese1 tsp garlic1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (optional) 1.) Don't skip breakfast! I do recommend intermittent fasting. Meaning if you last meal is at 6:30pm your next meal would be 6:30AM. Last Saturday I completed a 5k with several of my cousins as well as a couple of my Aunts! What a fun day and so awesome we can all do something so active together! Have you ever done a color run? Taco Tuesday with a twist! This is a great way to have get the kids to each some extra veggies! My kids love spaghetti squash.
